The bodice and underskirt are fully lined and the bodice is so structured that I didn’t need to wear a bra. I did add a hook to the back panel to keep it in place; I also removed the large silk flowers sewn to the bodice and hemmed the dress to remove the train (I am only 5’3” and it was too much for me). Very happy with my purchase
